PSW Enhancements - Simplified Navigation

Get a sneak peek of what’s new for PSW

We are continuously looking for ways to simplify the digital experiences for our customers. The new PSW navigation menu offers enhanced findability and links. We are continuing to develop scalable, reliable, modern and intuitive experiences inside of PSW.

Key features:

• One click menu – one click opens the entire menu so you can find what you need immediately. It’s easier to scan and none of your options have moved. Each section at the top of the menu corresponds to the PSW tabs you’re used to.
• Additional links – under the new User Maintenance section, you can now access the Summary page and the Review User(s) page.
• Participant search bar – easily search by participant name, employee ID, or social security number without additional clicks.
