We’re modernizing the experience to make it easier to do your job

Whether you’re a power user or an occasional visitor, you’ve likely noticed some changes to Plan Sponsor WebStation (PSW^®). These improvements are a direct result of you and over 10,000 of your peers providing us valuable feedback on Fidelity’s products, services, and digital experiences through PSW exit surveys, client satisfaction and loyalty surveys, your service team, and other listening posts.

Some of the recent notable enhancements* we’ve made include:

• A reporting dashboard that simplifies your access to plan information and participant insights
• A participant data view showing how participants are engaging with Fidelity
• The Contributions Center for processing contributions in real time

More of what you can do in PSW can be accomplished in real time so you can complete tasks faster and more accurately while minimizing the need to open a service request.
