Requests are now organized into streamlined categories, helping you quickly find the right starting point. As you move through the process, a dynamic wizard guides you step by step, asking only the questions that matter based on your previous responses. Key fields are prefilled where possible to save time and reduce manual entry.

By capturing all required information upfront, we help ensure your requests are processed more efficiently— providing quicker turnaround on your requests.

Simplified, Integrated View for Submitted Requests

We’ve redesigned how you view submitted service requests to make it faster and easier to find what you need.

All requests are consolidation on a single page with integrated search. Quick filters let you narrow results by status, request type, date range, and ownership.

Submitted requests from the past 60 days display by default, and key participant details, like name and employee ID, are clearly displayed. Visual status indicators help you quickly identify items that need attention, and you can easily access request details, add notes, or upload files.

These enhancements also extend to the participant detail page, giving you a consistent, streamlined experience wherever you work.
