New guided experiences to simplify how you manage your data
Overview
Fidelity is continuing our focus on creating simplified experiences with real-time capabilities. In the coming months we will be releasing enhancements to enable you to quickly upload your data and seamlessly manage your contributions. Both releases include our modern digital experience, designed to guide and help you to easily complete your tasks. See below for more details on the functionality and features that are included in these enhancements.
Fidelity knows that contribution processing is a critical, yet repetitive and time sensitive activity, which is why we are excited to tell you about the new submission details page experience. This guided experience reduces steps, provides at-a-glance submission details and navigates users through required actions.
New Functionality and Features
- Displays color-coded errors and warnings by type, directing you to review and resolve issues
- Redesigned error summary pages for the top contribution & loan warnings
- Inclusion of Employee ID (if applicable) in addition to SSN on error summary pages, allowing easy identification of participants
- The ability to easily print and export source and funding data, which can aid audit and reconciliation activities
- Fewer steps to bulk approve warnings, which can help reduce processing times
The guided experience also helps create alignment by delivering a consistent experience with like actions across multiple Fidelity products.
Fidelity is streamlining the create or send a file experience on PSW with the goal of increased efficiency. This new experience provides in-the-moment guidance, enabling seamless upload data and allows the user to quickly find answers to common questions.
