To support your employees, we are excited to announce two new enhancements within NetBenefits® to clients who have financial wellness enabled*:

  • Modernized Financial Wellness Checkup
  • Modernized Financial Wellness Topic Pages

These enhancements are built around key financial wellness pillars including Spending, Savings, Debt Management, and Protection with the goal of creating a more personalized experience, increasing benefit awareness, and helping your employees take actionable steps.

Modernized Financial Wellness Checkup

Your employees will see an updated look and feel to the financial wellness checkup experience. The modernized checkup will continue to assess your employees’ financial needs and offer an actionable plan to address where they are on their journey. It will include:

  • Tailored question flows based on what we know and where they are in their journey
  • Clear steps with educational content and pathing to relevant benefits and resources on topics relevant to the key financial wellness pillars.
  • An actionable plan, where they can take steps, leverage eligible benefits, and revisit to monitor and continue to make progress.

Modernized Financial Wellness Topic Pages

These will serve as dedicated landing pages for each of the key financial wellness pillars. They are focused on educating, instilling confidence, and getting users to take next steps. They will:

  • Be personalized to dynamically show content and resources relevant to the participant needs.
  • Educate with interactive capabilities that engage participants to learn more and gain confidence before taking actions
  • Drive actions to improve overall Financial Wellness by providing links to take key actions like creating a budget, establishing emergency savings, and creating an estate plan based on the key actions for that Financial Wellness pillar
