What are the goals of this campaign?
Drive HSA opening for employees who started to open their HSA but abandoned before they completed the process.
When will these communications be sent?
This campaign triggers daily, Monday through Friday.
Who will receive this campaign?
Employees who are enrolled in an HDHP and started to open their HSA but abandoned before they completed the account open process.
What message is available?
This email campaign is made up of two touches:
- Touch 1 goes out 48 hours after an employee abandons the account opening process
- Touch 2 goes out 7 days after an employee abandons the account opening process
The only difference in creative from touch 1 to touch 2 is the subject line. There is an optional employer contribution message built into the campaign that is controlled by a field in Salesforce.
NOTE:
- If an employee opens their account after touch 1, they will not receive touch 2.
- Once an employee receives this campaign, they will not be eligible to receive it again for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, if they abandon the account open process again, they will be eligible to receive this campaign again.

The communications will drive employees right to the start of the account opening process on NetBenefits® post login.
